Refund policy
Return Process:
- Please send an email to support@veyrawhite.com along with a photo of the products you are returning.
- Once approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and the required mailing information.
- Please make sure your return is securely packaged and meets all of the conditions listed below.
- Clearly write your order number on the outside of your return package.
- Use an insured, trackable shipping service to make sure your parcel reaches us safely.
- Send a follow-up email with your tracking information to support@veyrawhite.com.
Please note: All sale items and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Returns Terms and Guidelines:
• All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Please ensure all returned items are properly packaged to prevent damage during shipping.
• We strongly recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return transit.
• Returns must be approved in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

To qualify for our money-back guarantee:
- Take a photo of your teeth before using the product, including a picture of the unopened product and any included guides, if applicable.
- After completing the product use as directed, take a photo of your teeth and the used product, with any included guides visible.
- Email the before and after photos, along with your order details, to support@veyrawhite.com.
- Your application will be reviewed and processed within 3 business days of submission.
Important Terms:
• Applications must be submitted within 90 days of receiving the product and must include valid date and time stamps.
• Refund amounts will be determined based on the evidence provided, with a minimum partial refund of 25%.
• We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the criteria or do not include sufficient evidence.
• All refund approvals are at the final discretion of management and cannot be disputed after a decision is made.
Damaged Items:
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@veyrawhite.com with photos of the damage. We will process a replacement for damaged items.
If an alternative resolution is requested, management approval will be required before processing.
Prices, Payment, and Product Availability:
• Payment is required at the time of order. We will not ship any products until payment has been received.
• Shipping and handling costs are not included in the product price unless otherwise stated.
• Please make sure your order is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for mistakenly purchased products.
• Veyra White reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to technical issues, incorrect pricing, or incomplete billing or shipping information.
• If an order is cancelled, we will notify you and issue a refund for any payments received.
