If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it:

- Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation.

- We will review the carrier’s proof of delivery documentation.
If the carrier’s proof of delivery confirms the package was delivered to the correct address and you still have not received your order, we will submit a reshipment request for management approval. Please note that reshipment approvals are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to final approval.
